Thank you, Kel. Christmas Miracle is a small part of a much bigger piece I started working on. That is why it didn't really work. I gave small pieces and tried to put them together. When I'm finished with it I'm sure it will be much more wonderful.

I think the hardest part of writing is revising. And by that I mean the following: A novelist has to create the piece of marble and then chip away to find the figure in it.

Never would have guessed this was your submission!  I thought it was Sindees due to the style.  You got an awful lot of reads!

I wrote Jenny's Trip.  And I gave myself the 'needs work' vote.  I thought we were supposed to vote for ourselves??  And I knew my pace was at whiplash speed.  But you guys strangled me at 15k word count.

I laughed myself silly at Jenny's trip. It indeed was a breathless ride. I can't wait to see what you do with it when you have more characters to work with.

We have an author vote at the top that doesn't count in the scoring but it enables us to see the rest of the votes. We should have told you.

Laura, I'd never have thought the roof top was you!!!

Okay, is that good or bad? What kind of story would you have pegged me for? Did the rest of you feel the same? Like it didn't sound like me? Or did you know it was mine?

Laurie

Terri, Jenny cracked me up. I am assuming you combined your two projects into one? Either way it was brilliant Smiley

And I LOVED LOVED Just a little Faith. I had tears in my eyes.

The Christmas CHase was inspired by the "Lets Give Thanks" site run by Xerox. I sent off a thanks to a soldier and afterwards thought "What if that soldier got my card and searched for me?"

Thanks, Sindee.  The Christmas Chase was terrific!  And I love where you got your inspiration.  Don't you love those "what ifs"? Well done!  Grin
